NIGHTMARES OF LOKI 1999 If you are looking for a weird but potentially boring experience, behold! Off and on through high school band practices, and various drives to places with friends this took from 1995 to 1999 to finally complete and be done with it. I quit several times and even quit playing doom in the process. The end product, ironically, was rushed and I was too eager to finally finish. What took so long doing all of the parts should have taken longer. There was little to no detail in the levels. The very first area was a Hexen ripoff, a lot of it was dull and repetitive, not to mention the fact you forcefully had to retrace steps over and over. I was no artist, and not too graphically savvy, but could have had an artist friend or online doom art enthusiast take care of it for me. As for the name Loki, I had never read an Avengers comic book nor had I seen any of the movies or mention of Loki from this paticular universe anywhere, except for in mythology class. He was a trickster in Norse mythology. I'm not sure what his character traits are in The Avengers, however, as I still haven't seen his show/series or ever any of the movies. So keep that in mind when you play this disasterpiece ;) BACK TO "MY DOOM SHIT"
